ADR Notariato S.r.l. is the Mediation Organisation of the Notary, established in 2005 by the National Council of Notaries.
ADR Notariato carries out both voluntary mediations and mandatory mediations.
The latter are those that must be activated by law before initiating legal proceedings, in some matters (e.g., successions, divisions, real rights) and can be resolved through agreement without resorting to the Judge.
The strength of the Organization is to operate in areas where the notary has specific professional expertise: successions, divisions, real rights, contracts.
